π Free U.S. Shipping
We proudly offer free standard shipping within the United States on every Silent Relief order. No minimum purchase is required.
At this time, we only accept and ship orders to addresses located within the United States.
π¦ Order Processing
Every Silent Relief order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure that it meets our quality standards.
Orders are typically processed within 1β2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends, federal holidays, during promotional periods, or during periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include order-processing time.
We currently do not ship to U.S. territories, international addresses, freight-forwarding addresses, or locations outside the United States.
π Track Your Order
As soon as your Silent Relief order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email so that you can follow its delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
β³ Unexpected Delays
While we work hard to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather, federal holidays, transportation disruptions, courier delays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

π Shipping Address
Please carefully check your full name, phone number, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before completing your purchase.
Silent Relief cannot be held responsible for delays, unsuccessful deliveries, or lost parcels caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect its delivery address.
π¬ Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with members of your household, neighbours, your building reception or mailroom, and the shipping carrier.
If the parcel still cannot be located, contact our support team within 14 days of the recorded delivery date so that we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
Silent Relief is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
π¦ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, product, and any visible damage so that our team can review your request.
β©οΈ Returned to Sender
A parcel may be returned to us if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the package is refused, or the carrier is unable to complete delivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.
