🔎 How to Request a Refund

📮 Returns

Depending on the circumstances of your request, we may ask you to return the product before a refund is issued.

If a return is required, the product must be sent to the address provided by our support team. Do not send returns to the address shown on the original package unless specifically instructed to do so.

📬 Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with members of your household, neighbours, your building reception or mailroom, and the shipping carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 14 days of the recorded delivery date so that we can investigate the issue.
